Cutting Board Workshop

Join Dykes With Drills at Community Workshop NOLA!

In this workshop, participants will choose from a selection of pre-glued boards and learn the safety and use of the drill press, router table, bandsaw, and sanders to get their boards shaped and smoothed to perfection. All materials are included in the cost of the class. Cutting boards are 10” x 12”. This class is open to all! No woodworking experience required.

  • Age 18+

  • No woodworking experience necessary


Accessibility

Do you have a low scent tolerance? We ask that our participants refrain from using extreme scents, though cannot guarantee the workshop space will be scent free. Please know that sawdust is present in the shop and we have masks available upon request.

Do you use ASL? We have translation available, and would love to work with you about how you can access our workshops.
